Abstrak ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the provision of various atonic concentrations to the growth of grape cuttings. It is hoped that this benefit will become a source of information that can support the development of seed propagation, especially grapes. The research was conducted from May to August 2019. Located at the Screen house of the Horticulture Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu, Central Sulawesi. This research design used a randomized block design (RBD) with one factor (One way ANOVA) using 5 treatments with different concentrations, namely: Po = no atonic / L water (control), P1 = atonic 0.5 ml / L water, P2 = atonic 1 ml / L water, P3 = atonic 1.5 ml / L water, P4 = atonic 2 ml / L water. Each experimental unit consisted of 2 plants so that in total there were 30 grape cuttings (polybags). The results showed that giving atonic concentration on the 90th day had an effect on the shoot diameter of the grapes. Keywords: Atonic Concentration, Grape Cuttings ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian berbagai konsentrasi atonik terhadap pertumbuhan setek anggur, manfaat ini diharapkan nantinya dapat menjadi sumber informasi yang dapat menunjang pengembangan perbanyakan bibit, khususnya tanaman anggur. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei sampai Agustus 2019. Bertempat di Screen house Laboratorium Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tadulako, Palu Sulawesi Tengah. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan satu faktor (One way anova) menggunakan 5 perlakuan dengan konsentrasi berbeda yaitu : Po = tanpa atonik/L air (kontrol), P1 = atonik 0,5 ml/L air, P2 = atonik 1 ml/L air, P3 = atonik 1,5 ml/L air, P4 = atonik 2 ml/L air. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 2 tanaman sehingga secara keseluruhan terdapat 30 setek anggur (polybag). hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian atonik konsentrasi hari ke 90 berpengaruh pada diameter tunas tanaman anggur.
