| Abstrak ABSTRACT This study aims to find the concentration of rabbit urine which gives a better growth effect and yields on lettuce. This research was conducted at the Laboratory of Seed and Academic Garden Science and Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu. The data obtained were analyzed statistically using Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA). If there is a treatment that has a real effect, it is followed by the BNJ test at the 5% level. The results obtained showed that the application of liquid organic fertilizer to rabbit urine had a significant effect on the observed parameters, namely plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root length and wet weight of lettuce. Where the concentration of 6 mL / L-1 gave the best results on parameters of plant height and wet weight of lettuce. Whereas at a concentration of 10 mL / L-1 gave the best results on leaf number parameters, a concentration of 4 mL / L-1 gave the best results on leaf area parameters and a concentration of 2 mL / L-1 gave the best results on lettuce wet weight parameters.Where the concentration of rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer 6 ml.L-1 gave the best effect on plant height and fresh weight, the results of the concentration of 10 ml.L-1 gave the best effect on the number of leaves, the concentration of 4 ml.L-1 had the best effect the best at leaf area and a concentration of 2 ml.L-1 gave the best effect on root length. Keywords : Organic Fertilizer, Liquid Fertilizer, Urine, Lettuce ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan konsentrasi urin kelinci yang memberikan pengaruh pertumbuhan dan hasil yang lebih baik pada selada. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Ilmu dan Teknologi Benih dan Kebun Akademik Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Tadulako, Palu. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan Analisis Of Variance (ANOVA). Apabila terdapat perlakuan yang berpengaruh nyata maka dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair urin kelinci berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter yang diamati, yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, panjang akar dan berat basah selada. Di mana konsentrasi 6 mL/L-1 memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter tinggi tanaman dan berat basah selada. Sedangkan pada konsentrasi 10 mL/L-1 memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter jumlah daun, konsentrasi 4 mL/L-1 memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter luas daun dan konsentrasi 2 mL/L-1 memberikan hasil terbaik pada parameter berat basah selada.Di mana Konsentrasi pupuk organik cair urin kelinci 6 ml.L-1 memberikan pengaruh yang terbaik pada tinggi tanaman dan berat segar, hasil konsentrasi 10 ml.L-1 memberikan pengaruh yang terbaik pada jumlah daun, konsentrasi 4 ml.L-1 memberikan pengaruh yang terbaik pada luas daun dan konsentrasi 2 ml.L-1 memberikan pengaruh yang terbaik pada panjang akar.
