This study aims to determine the level of land suitability of dragon fruit in Laantula Jaya Village, Wita Ponda District, Morowali Regency. This research was conducted from April 2017 to July 2017. The research was conducted in Laantula Jaya Village, Wita Ponda District, Morowali Regency. Soil analysis was carried out at the Soil Science Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Tadulako University, Palu. This research was conducted by survey and field observation methods and by using the Systematic Grid Sampling method, where the coordinates are randomly selected according to the distance points that have been determined in the study area. This method is often used for the study of spatial patterns because it makes it easy to map patterns derived from the grid. After getting the sampling point then average the results of the analysis of points that have the same land use, which consists of 4 parts namely, 1) Preparation, 2) Field Activities, 3) Laboratory Analysis, 4) Data Processing. The results of research on the use of dry land agricultural land actual land suitability class is categorized in a class quite suitable (S2) with limiting factors of water availability, oxygen availability and nutrient retention, after repairing it is obtained the potential land suitability class is included in the very appropriate category (S1). In shrub land use the actual land suitability is included in the marginal appropriate class category (S3) with the main limiting factor, rooting media, for this limiting factor cannot be improved so that the potential land suitability class remains in the marginal according class (S3) with the root media limiting factor . In the land use area of ??plantation I actually included in the marginal appropriate class (S3) with a limiting factor for oxygen availability, after an improvement was made to the limiting factor, a potential land suitability class was obtained, namely a sufficiently suitable class (S2) with a limiting factor in oxygen content and rooting media. In the land use area of ??estate II the actual land suitability is marginal suitable class (S3) with the main limiting factors for oxygen availability, rooting media, and nutrient retention after the improvement of potential land suitability classes obtained ie sufficiently suitable class (S2) with limiting factors for oxygen availability and rooting media.
