| Abstrak This study aims to determine the influence of genetic quality of PE stud in prolification of female goat breeds etawa and local goat with IB method in Donggala District. This type of research is a quantitative research conducted in Donggala District. Goat livestock population used as sample is 50 ettawa crossbreed goat and 50 local goats. The types of resources collected are primary and secondary data. Variable in this research that is conception rate (pregnancy number) and litter size (number of child of birth). The results showed that the Conception Rate of artificial insemination made on goat breeder etawa is 28.00% and in local goat cattle is 86.00%. While the litter size on etawah goat cattle is 2.07 and the local goat is 1.51. Based on the results of the study showed that etawa breeders have the potential to increase the proliferation of local goats. Keywords: Artificial Insemination, conception rate, litter size |
