Abstrak
This study aims to examine the pattern of community food consumption; examine the factors that influence the pattern of community food consumption and examine the relationship between factors that influence the pattern of community food consumption in Maleni Village, Banawa District, Donggala Regency. The analytical method is a descriptive survey analysis method. Determination of location intentionally (purposive). Sampling was carried out by using 45 random sampling methods. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis method uses path analysis (path analysis), correlation analysis and linear regression. The results showed that the pattern of household food consumption in Maleni Village, Banawa Subdistrict was still not diverse and tended to depend on just one type of food. Energy adequacy rate (AKE of 1,902.44 kcal / capita / day (95.12% TKE) is still below AKE which is 2,000 kcal / capita / day and the protein adequacy rate (AKP) is 38.83 gram / capita / day ( 74.67% TKP) is below the AKP, which is 52 grams / capita / day. Household food consumption patterns in Maleni Village still do not reach ideal, the average actual PPH score is 65.97 <ideal PPH score (100) Food consumption is dominated by the food grains group and have not reached ideal, factors that significantly influence the pattern of household food consumption based on the PPH score approach are household income variables, housewife education, and nutritional food counseling have a negative effect, while household expenditure , the number of families and knowledge of maternal home nutrition had a positive effect, and the variable Nutrition Adequacy Rate (RDA) through (AKE and PPA) influenced the food consumption pattern (PPH Score) of households in the Maleni Village, Banaw Subdistrict. a. There is a direct and indirect relationship between the factors that influence the pattern of food consumption (PPH score) of the respondent's household in Maleni Village, Banawa District.
