| Abstrak Abdi (E 202 15 011) Determination of Lokal Dodor Mango (Mangnifera Indica L.) central Celebes locally result Morfology identification and Anatomy by Genetical Analysis (Guiden by Sakka Samudin and Enny Adelina). Mango (Mangifera Indica L.) is potential developing fruit plant, cause it has high genetic level kind, suitable by Indonesia’s agroclimate, liked by almost entire kind of society and extensive price market. This research purposed I. For inspecting central celebes local dodor mango level, result morphology identification and anatomy by genetical analysis. 2. For acquiring applicant of dodor mango main tree, besed on DNA analysis. This research had been done in Laboratory of Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) on December 2016 in to January 2017. Result of research indicate that, five dodor mango’s examples that get by, based on result morfology analysis and anatomy actually no kind at all genetically. In space encledius 0,325 formed 3 groups of dodor mango. Kind genetically : Group I. Pambolowo Village 1 (PBL1), Grup II. West Toboli Village 14 (TBB14), Sakina Jaya Village 1 (SKJ1) and Olaya Village 4 (OLY4) and Group 3. Lero Village 6 (LR6). Defferential character is stomata size, stomata quantity, epydermis size, epydermis guantity, stomata density and stomata index. Keyword : Commodity, Parent tree, Superior, Quality |
