| Abstrak Narjianti Usmar (D10221054). Legal Aspects of Environmental Auditing for PT Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) Mining in Indonesia in Anticipating the Free Trade Era (under the guidance of Asmadi Weri and Ahmad Aswar Rowa, 2023) This study aims to determine the Implementation and Environmental Quality Standards for Mining at PT Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) according to or exceeding the standards set in the Poboya Gold Mining Area, East Palu District, Palu City. The main problem is described into two sub-problems, namely: 1). How is the Application of Environmental Audit Law for PT Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) Mining Against Environmental Exploitation that Happened in the Poboya Gold Mining Area, East Palu District, Palu City. 2). Are the Environmental Quality Standards for Mining at PT Citra Palu Minerals (CPM) in accordance with the standards or exceed the standard limits set in the Poboya Gold Mining Area, East Palu District, Palu City. The research method used is the sampling technique that will be used is the "random sampling" method, namely taking sample members from the population randomly without regard to strata in the population taken at PT Citra Palu Minerals in Poboya and the surrounding community. Based on the results of the study, namely: in terms of Poboya gold mining, namely: as a livelihood, opening jobs and increasing people's income by opening other businesses. gold mining in the Poboya Village is a contradiction in terms, if the mining process is not carried out properly and correctly there will be exploitation and environmental quality standards. However, if the utilization or is done properly and correctly, then mining activities are permissible, such as: mining is not for a handful of people, making good use of mining goods, and maintaining and preserving natural resources.
