Hum Supervisor II: Dr. Rahmat Bakri, SH,.MH.. Discrimination is an unequal action between communities where there is direct or indirect disclosure, disclosure or exclusion. Discrimination can occur anywhere, including in hospitals which are places of public service. Article 28H and Article 34 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution states that every citizen has the right to receive health services and the State is obliged to provide these health services without discrimination. Health services must be provided to everyone who needs them without exception, whether paying in cash or paying using insurance. The formulation of the problem in this research is How to Implement the Fulfillment of the Anti-Discrimination Rights of Inpatients at the Ampana Regional General Hospital. The research method used is Normative Legal Research. The results of the analysis are consistent with complaints submitted by families of inpatients who were rejected at the Ampana regional general hospital and complaints from BPJS patients which are different from general patients. The hospital does not fulfill the rights of patients in inpatient care in providing the right to receive quality and affordable services to receive treatment in accordance with the rights and obligations of patients in Article 4 Number 4 Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health.
