| Abstrak Special rental transportation is a door-to-door transportation service with drivers who have operational areas in urban areas, from airport to airport. The problem in this research is what are the requirements for special rental transportation providers and what are the responsibilities of special transportation companies for passengers. The research method used is normative juridical, by reviewing and analyzing data in the form of primary data and secondary data. In this study, it can be concluded that the operator of special rental transportation, so that the operator can operate legally in accordance with laws and regulations, states the requirements include: a) a decision letter for permits to organize special rental transportation, b) a statement of ability to fulfill the obligation to serve passengers, c) supervision card, then the working relationship between business actors and online transportation managers is only limited to a cooperative or partnership relationship between the two parties based on the agreement set forth in the cooperation agreement. And the responsibility of the special rental transportation company to passengers. Responsibility for accidents or losses suffered by passengers is fully borne by drivers who carry goods or passengers while the company does not have the burden of responsibility, because the relationship between the company and the driver is only a partnership relationship, while the compensation issued by the company in the event of an accident is only limited to moral responsibility, which the amount is determined by the company and can only be taken if the claim is from a passenger who has an accident or loss. |
