Abstrak Abstract Anggun Purnamasari, D10117776, Legal Review of Health Service Delivery Between Patients and Hospitals (Study of Ampana City Regional Hospital), supervised by: Dr. HI. Abdul Rasyid Thalib and Dr. H. Awaluddin. Health service delivery is an activity provided by healthcare staff in hospitals directly to patients, which can be professionally accounted for to individuals and society, to meet the needs and desires of patients, ultimately leading to satisfaction and increased trust in the hospital through excellent service. This research focuses on the issues surrounding health service delivery between patients and hospitals. To gather the necessary data for this study, a juridical-empirical research method was used to analyze both primary and secondary data. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that health service delivery is outlined in Law No. 44 of 2009, stating that hospitals are institutions in individual health services providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. However, the implementation of health service delivery at the Ampana City Regional General Hospital for inpatient and outpatient services does not fully comply with the regulations in the law, as some patients still receive unfriendly service from nurses. This is contrary to Law No. 38 of 2014, Article 37, which outlines the obligations of nurses in practicing nursing, specifically requiring them to provide services that adhere to ethical codes, nursing service standards, professional standards, and operational procedures as regulated by law. |
