| Abstrak The focus of this research is the implementation of international law in the cooperation agreement for dealing with the corona virus disaster (COVID-19). The problem in this research is how to regulate international law regarding international cooperation agreement and implementation of law in the cooperation agreement for Managing the corona virus (COVID-19). The research method used is the normative legal research method, which is carried out by researching, studying or analizing secondary data sourced from library materials such as books, journals and documents. Based on the issues raised, it can be Conclude that the implementation international law in the response to the corona virus (COVID-19) through PBB, WHO and the ILO has proven the role and Contribution of international law, but there needs to be a firmness in international law in order to protect right and overcome the Occurrence of fraud when states countries carry out cooperation, especially in overcoming the corona virus (COVID-19).
