| Abstrak The purpose of this research was to find out and understand the process of carrying out evidence storage, as well as the obstacles faced by the National Narcotics Agency of Central Sulawesi Province when carrying out the management of narcotics evidence. This research used empirical methods and descriptive data analysis. Data were collected by conducting observations and interviews. The results show that the implementation of procedural and effective storage of evidence of narcotics at the National Narcotics Agency of Central Sulawesi Province had to go through several stages of implementation, namely testing confistaced objects to find out the type and amount, the testing was carried out in the laboratory of the Central Sulawesi Drug and Food Control Center, this is done by taking or setting aside a few confiscated objects to be carried and tested in the laboratory. After the testing is completed and gets the test results for the confiscated object then labeling the confiscated object is carried out according to its type and class. Confiscated objects that have been tested and given labels are then made the minutes of the test results and declared confiscated objects as evidence of narcotics. Obstacles experienced by investigators of the Central Sulawesi National Narcotics Argency in the management of evidence, namely when spending/borrowing evidence, storage of evidence, are inadequate, there is still a lack of experts in the wastahti section and the eradication of the organizational structure in the eradication sector.
