| Abstrak Rendy Aziz Syahputra (C 302 16 001). “Profitability to Mediate Influence of Liquidity and Effectivity on The Dividend Policy (Study on Consumer Good Industry Companies Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012-2016)”. Supervised by Ridwan and Mohammad Iqbal B. This research aims to explanatory and analyze the role of profitability to mediate influence of liquidity and effectivity on the dividen policy. Research subject at 18 Consumer Good Industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange with research period for 5 years i.e 2012 to 2016. This research data are obtained from corporation annual reports which are available on the official site of Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical tool used is the path analysis with the help of statistical program SPSS version 21. The result of path analysis shows that liquidity haven’t influence on the profitability and dividend policy, whereas the effectivity have a positive influence and significant on the profitability and dividend policy. Meanwhile, the result of intervening test shows that profitability can mediate influence of effectivity on dividend policy. However, the profitability can’t mediate influence of liquidity on dividend policy. |
