| Abstrak This study aims to determine perceptions, interests, labor market considerations and the tendency of student career selection towards the accounting profession for students majoring in accounting at STIE Panca Bhakti Palu. This type of research is survey research. The population in this study were students of accounting department of Panca Bhakti Palu STIE force 2014 and 2015 with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, and literature study. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study show that perceptions, interests, labor market considerations and the tendency of accounting student career choices partially have no effect on the accounting profession.
