Abstrak
This study aims to examine the factors influencing user satisfaction with the Regional Government Information System (SIPD) in Central Sulawesi Province using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. This quantitative study employed a causal-explanatory design involving 80 respondents consisting of employees who use SIPD across 40 Regional Device Organizations (OPD). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with WarpPLS software. The results show that accuracy, ease of use, timeliness, and IT infrastructure have significant positive effects on user satisfaction, while content, format, and privacy and security have positive but non-significant effects. These findings indicate that SIPD user satisfaction is primarily driven by reliable data accuracy, system ease of use, timely information delivery, and strong technological infrastructure support. Conversely, aspects such as content, format, and security are considered less crucial because they are standardized or regarded as inherent features of the system. Based on these results, local governments are advised to strengthen IT infrastructure reliability and security, enhance user training, and perform regular system updates to maintain SIPD performance and support transparent and accountable regional financial governance.
