| Abstrak Desya Marcella Monareh, C30120159 "Peran Kualitas Sistem dan Informasi Akuntansi Terhadap Optimalisasi Kinerja OPD Melalui Pengambilan Keputusan (Survei Pada Pengguna Ssitem Di OPD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah)". Dibimbing oleh Abdul Kahar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sistem dan informasi akuntansi terhadap optimalisasi kinerja OPD melalui pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh OPD di Sulawesi Tengah yang berjumlah 38 OPD dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 114 orang namun kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan dapat diolah sebenyak 96 kuesioner. Untuk menganalisis hipotesis, data dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan atau dengan bantuan PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas sistem informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap optimalisasi kinerja OPD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Kualitas sistem informasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan OPD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan OPD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Informasi akuntansi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap optimalisasi kinerja OPD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of the quality of accounting systems and information on optimizing the performance of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) through decision-making. This study uses a survey research design. The population in this study were all 38 OPDs in Central Sulawesi with a sample size of 114 people, but 96 questionnaires were returned and processed. To analyze the hypothesis, the data in this study were processed using a quantitative method with the approach or with the help of PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of the study concluded that the quality of the information system has a positive and significant effect on optimizing the performance of OPDs in Central Sulawesi Province. The quality of the information system also has a positive and significant effect on decision-making of OPDs in Central Sulawesi Province.
