Abstrak
This study aimed to analyze investment decisions in fishing businesses with boat lift net in South Ambesia Village. This research uses a quantitative descriptive analysis method, which is a case study. The data used in this research is primary data, with data collection techniques carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis of the investment decision of the boat lift net business in South Ambesia Village uses NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate Return), Net B/C Ratio, and PP (Payback Period) analyses. The results of the study of fishing businesses using boat lift net conducted in South Ambesia Village obtained a Net Present Value (NPV) value of IDR 48.610.132, Internal Rate Return (IRR) of 27%, Net B/C Ratio of 1,32 and Payback Period (PP) of 3.4, which means that the investment value invested will be able to return for 3 years and 4 months of operation. These indicators of investment decision analysis confirm that the boat lift net fishing business is feasible to operate and develop. Based on the difference in revenue results, the value of operating costs, and the net profit that is so large between the results of the boat lift net business using renewable energy is higher than the results of the boat lift net business without using renewable energy, indicating that the use of renewable energy in the form of fish caller lights (LAPIKA) and also solar panels as solar power plants (PLTS) on boat lift net fisheries in South Ambesia Village is very feasible to use.
