| Abstrak Fraud is a big problem in an organization both in the private sector and in the public sector, especially in the government sector. The purpose of this study is to prove and explain empirically the effect of moral intensity and psychosocial work environment on the tendency of fraud in regional asset management. This research was conducted using a survey method. Data processing with the help of WarpPLS software. The population in this study consisted of all asset managers in the regional apparatus organization of Central Sulawesi province. Sample collection using purposive sampling technique. The number of samples was 114 consisting of goods users, goods user administration officials, user goods administrators, and assistant goods administrators. The results of this study indicate that moral intensity has a negative effect on the tendency of fraud in regional asset management, then the psychosocial work environment has a negative effect on the tendency of fraud in regional asset management, then moral intensity has a positive effect on the psychosocial work environment, and the last result of the psychosocial work environment has a significant effect on mediating between moral intensity on the tendency of fraud in regional asset management. |
