| Abstrak This research aims to determine the treatment carried out by Central Government Companies located in the Palu City Area, Central Sulawesi Province if payment errors occur using the direct payment system. The object of this research is the level of payment errors using the direct payment system at central companies located in the Palu City area, Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study approach. The type of data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from companies. The target resource persons consist of planning officers, Expenditure Treasurer, Revenue Treasurer, State Property Officials, Commitment Making Officials, Personnel Officials, and all employees. It was found that the level of payment errors occurs if there is a mismatch in the data inputted into a system which results in the payment not reaching the recipient. The treatment given by a company is by changing and correcting recipient data in accordance with the procedures set by the Director General of State Treasury. and related companies. The results of this research have implications regarding the existence of a Direct Payment System Treatment for Many Recipients on the level of payment errors in Government Agencies. |
