| Abstrak Nurul Oktavia, C 301 18 013, "The Effect of Training, Employee Knowledge, and Work Experience on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems (Case Study of Cooperatives in Palu City)." Supervised by E. Femilia Zahra, Supervisor I, and Lucyani Meldawati, Supervisor II. This study aims to determine the effect of training, employee knowledge, and work experience on the effectiveness of accounting information systems (Case Study of Cooperatives in Palu City). The data used in this study are primary data, using questionnaires. The population in this study was cooperatives in Palu City. The sample size was 32 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that training significantly influences the effectiveness of accounting information systems. Employee knowledge and work experience do not significantly influence the effectiveness of accounting information systems. Training, employee knowledge, and work experience significantly influence the effectiveness of accounting information systems.
