| Abstrak ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of ethical competence, knowledge competence, ability competence, relationship competence and analytical competence on student readiness to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This type of research is research survey. The target population is the 2016 and 2017 Undergraduate Accounting Study Program Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Tadulako University. The sampling technique used the method proportionate stratified random sampling with 252 students as respondents. Data collection was used by distributing questionnaires online. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method with the help of analysis tools software IBM SPSS Statistics 21 for windows. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially ethical competence, knowledge competence, ability competence, relationship competence, and analytical competence have a positive and significant effect on students' readiness to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This study also found that ability competencies had the greatest effect on students' readiness to face the 4.0 industrial revolution era, while knowledge competencies had the smallest. Keywords: Ethics, Ability, Student Competence, Knowledge, Industrial Revolution 4.0 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi etika, kompetensi pengetahuan, kompetensi kemampuan, kompetensi hubungan dan kompetensi analisis terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi era revolusi indusri 4.0. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian survei. Populasi target adalah Mahasiswa Program Studi S1 Akuntansi Angkatan 2016 dan 2017 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Tadulako. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling dengan responden sebanyak 252 mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan menyebar kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan alat analisis software IBM SPSS Statistics 21 for windows. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial kompetensi etika, kompetensi pengetahuan, kompetensi kemampuan, kompetensi hubungan, dan kompetensi analisis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa kompetensi kemampuan paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap kesiapan mahasiswa menghadapi era revolusi industri 4.0 sementara kompetensi pengetahuan yang paling kecil.
