| Abstrak Nur Aini, C 301 16 164. The The effect of transparency, accountability, and work professionalism on managing zakat, infaq, and shadaqah funds (a study of National Zakat Agency in Sulawesi tengah,, guided by Mohammad Iqbal B as supervisor I, and Masruddin as supervisor II. This study aims to examine and analyze The Effect of Transparency, Accountability and Work Professionalism On Managing of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah Funds at the National Zakat Agency in Sulawesi Tengah. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, the respondents in this study were muzakki who paid zakat totaling 98 people. The research method used for this research is quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study shows that Transparency, Accountability and Work Professionalism simultaneously have a significant Influences on The Management of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah funds. Transparency partially have a significant influences to The Management of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah funds. Accountability partially have a significant influence to The Management of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah funds. Work Professionalism partially have a significant influence to The Management of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah funds.
