| Abstrak This study aims to test and analyze the effect of payroll accounting system and social security on employee productivity.. This type of research is descriptive research, using sampling techniques simple random sampling method. Respondents in this study were 56 employees of pt production department. The research method used in this study is quantitative research using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of SPSS version 25.0 program. The results showed thatpayroll accounting and social security systems simultaneously had a significant impact on employee productivity.. Partially payroll accounting and social security systems have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. |
