Abstrak
ABSTRAK Parma Dwi Nugrawan Datu Adam, Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar, Perilaku Belajar dan Lingkungan Kampus Terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Akuntansi di Universitas Tadulako, dibimbing oleh Nurlaela Mapparessa dan Rahayu Indriasari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi belajar, perilaku belajar dan lingkungan kampus terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa akuntansi di Universitas Tadulako. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui Google Form sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar, perilaku belajar dan lingkungan kampus secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik. Motivasi belajar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik. Perilaku belajar secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik. Lingkungkan kampus secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik. Saran dalam penelitian ini untuk mahasiswa diharapkan lebih meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan mengontrol perilaku belajarnya sehingga dapat lebih meningkatkan kemandirian dan prestasi akademik. Untuk lingkungan kampus Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako disarankan lebih memperhatikan kebersihan toilet umum dan suhu ruangan agar kualitas belajar mejadi lebih baik. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of learning motivation, learning behavior and campus environment on the academic achievement of accounting students at Tadulako University. Data collection techniques through Google Form while analysis method is used multiple linear regression data. The results showed slearning motivation, learning behavior, and campus environment significantly influence academic achievement. Partial motivation to learn significantly influence academic achievement. Partial learning behavior has a significant effect on academic achievement. The campus environment partially has a significant effect on academic achievement. The Suggestion of the research. for student are expected to improve motivation and control of the learning behavior so that can improve the self sufficiency and achievement academic. For environment at economy faculty of tadulako university are suggested to pay attention of the cleanliness at toilet and the temperature of thre class room so that quality of the learning process will become better.
