| Abstrak This study aims to determine the financial management and recording of micro and small businesses in the new normal era and to find out whether micro and small enterprises have risen in the new normal era. This research will be conducted in the city of Palu, because there are 3 small micro businesses that will be the object of research, namely the Rimba Raya catering business, Mas Rusdi Restaurant and Melinda Furniture using qualitative descriptive research research methods. Data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation. The researcher's data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model (interactive analysis models). The results of this study found that the Financial Management of Micro and Small Businesses in the New Normal Era, it can be concluded that the financial management carried out is still very simple, the bookkeeping records only record income and expenses. Recording and bookkeeping is carried out looking at the situation and conditions. future marketing planning is to use social media promotion. Business actors in their daily life sometimes mix business money and personal money. In this new normal period, the business sector is slowly rising and starting to aggressively look for new strategies in an effort to survive or rise from adversity due to the COVID-19 pandemic. |
