Abstrak Nurdiana C20421025, The Effect of Work Discipline and Communication on Employee Performance at the Morowali Regent's Office, supervised by Muh. Riswandi Palawa. This study aims to determine 1) To determine and analyze work discipline and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance in the General Section of the Morowali Regent's Office, 2) To determine and analyze work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance in the General Section of the Morowali Regent's Office, 3) To determine and analyze communication partially has a significant effect on employee performance in the General Section of the Morowali Regent's Office. This type of research is quantitative research with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling method in this study uses a type of Non probability sampling with census sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) Work discipline (X1) and communication (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the general section of the Morowali Regent's Office 2) Work discipline (X1) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the general section of the Morowali Regent's Office 3) Communication (X2) partially has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) in the general section of the Morowali Regent's Office.
