| Abstrak ABSTRACT NANIEK HANDAYANI. Analysis of Potential Revenue from Business Service Fess at the Transportation and Environmental Office of Tojo Una Una Regency (supervised by Muhammad Yunus Kasim and Fatlina). This study aims to determine and analyze the growth rate and contribution of each type of business service retribution, the level of effectiveness and efficiency of each type of business service retribution and the real potential of each type of business service retribution. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used are primary data from observations and interviews and secondary data obtained from the Transportation and Environmental Service, covering time series data for 2020 - 2023. Descriptive statistical analysis uses the formula for analyzing growth rates, contributions, effectiveness and efficiency. The results of the study showed mixed performance. The growth of terminal levies, special parking lot levies and water crossing levies was "Unsuccessful", while port service levies were "Very Successful". The overall contribution to regional income was "Very Poor". Effectiveness varies from "Less Effective" to "Very Effective". While efficiency varies from "Inefficient" to "Very Efficient". Environmental laboratory usage fees, special parking lot fees and port service fees are identified as having great potential to increase regional income. On the other hand, terminal fees and water crossing fees no longer have the potential due to regulatory changes. Keywords : Potential, Business Service Fees |
