C 202 19 028, The Influence Job Design on Employee Job Satisfaction at Biro Administrasi, Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah of Central Sulawesi (guided by Bakri Hasanuddin and Syamsuddin). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of job design consisting of job enrichment, job expansion, and re-engineering on employee job satisfaction at Biro Administrasi, Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah of Central Sulawesi. The population consisted of 56 people. Determination of the number of samples using the census technique. This type of research is fundamental research with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job design consisting of job enrichment, job expansion, and re-engineering simultaneously and partially had an effect on employee job satisfaction at Biro Administrasi, Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah of Central Sulawesi. This proves that the better enrichment, job expansion, and re-engineering, the job satisfaction of employees at Biro Administrasi, Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Sekretariat Daerah of Central Sulawesi will be better..
