The Influence of Human Resources Development, Compensation, And Work Discipline On Employee Performance at Bureau of Public Administration and Finance and Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs and Planning of Tadulako University. Supervised by Idris Aziz and Sulaeman Miru. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence simultaneously and partially on the variables of Human Resource Development, Compensation, and Work Discipline on employee performance at Bureau of Public Administration and Finance and Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs and Planning of Tadulako University. The data were collected from distributing questionnaires to 95 employees as the respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis method is used to test the hypothesis of this research. From the results of processing, data analysis and hypothesis testing, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) Human resource development, compensation, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees at Bureau of Public Administration and Finance and Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs and Planning of Tadulako University, (2). Human resource development partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees at Bureau of Public Administration and Finance and Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs and Planning of Tadulako University, (3) Compensation partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees at Bureau of Public Administration and Finance and Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs and Planning of Tadulako University (4). Work discipline partially has a positive and significant influence on the performance of employees at Bureau of Public Administration and Finance and Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs and Planning of Tadulako University. From the results of the regression test, the value of Adjusted R-Square = 0.462 means that around 46.2% of the performance of the employees at Bureau of Public Administration and Finance and Bureau of Academic, Student Affairs and Planning of Tadulako University is influenced by human resource development, compensation, and discipline. Work, the rest of the employee performance variables are influenced by other variables which are not examined.
