| Abstrak ABSTRACT Agus Pristyantoro.,C 202 17 007. The effect of training on employee performance with leadership as a moderation variable at pt. Surya madistrindo office area Palu.Supervised by Bakri Hasanudin and Niluh Putu Evvy Rossanty. The quality of human resources is determined by the extent to which the system in the field of human resources is able to support and satisfy the desires of employees and companies. The success of the company is influenced by several factors, one of which is human resources, because human resources are actors from all levels of planning to evaluations that are able to utilize other resources owned by the organization or company. With the training also will be able to improve employee performance. To complete a task, a person must have a certain degree of willingness and level of ability. Enhancing the capabilities of employees who will have an impact on employee performance can be done through education and training. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training on employee performance with leadership as a moderating variable at PT. Surya Madistrindo Office Area Palu. The sample used is as many as 90 respondents selected using the census or saturated sample method. Data analysis method used was Simple Regression and Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research results show that there is Training affects employees performance at PT. Surya Madistrindo Office Area Palu with significance value of 0.001 < ? (0.05) with R square value of 11.9%. Leadership moderated affects the training on the employees performance at PT. Surya Madistrindo Office Area Palu Sulawesi with significance value of 0.041 < ? (0.05) with R square value of 20.1%. By seeing the increase of R square value, it can be concluded that there is a leadership strengthening the relationship of training on employees performance at PT. Surya Madistrindo Office Area Palu.
