| Abstrak Fitriana C201 21 015, Control Of Medicine Stocks At Sipatokkong Community Health Center, Ogoamas Donggala Regency, supervised by Mr. Syamsuddin ABSTRACT This study aims to classify pharmaceutical supplies based on usage priority and to achieve optimal inventory control at the Sipatokkong Ogoamas Public Health Center. A descriptive quantitative method was employed, using both primary and secondary data. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and direct observation. The research sample consisted of 83 types of medicines, based on usage data from October to December. The medicines were categorized using the ABC and VEN analysis methods, followed by calculations of safety stock, lead time, and reorder point (ROP). The results showed that, out of the 83 types of medicines, 15 items fell into category A, 14 items into category B. and 54 items into category C Keywords: ABC analysis, VEN classification, safety stock, lead time, reorder point (ROP) |
