| Abstrak Employee Performance at CV. Makmur Mandiri Motor Morowali Branch, Supervised by Niluh Putu Evvy Rossanty. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work climate on employee performance at CV. Makmur Mandiri Motor Morowali Branch. The type of research used in the study was quantitative. The population used in this study were all employees of CV. Makmur Mandiri Motor Morowali Branch on duty. The sample taken was 36 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the F test, it shows that compensation and work climate simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Makmur Mandiri Motor Morowali Branch. The results of the T test research show that compensation and work climate partially have a significant effect on employee performance at CV. Makmur Mandiri Motor Morowali Branch.
