Abstrak
ABSTRACT Andi Nuraeni C20118575. "The Influence of Motivation and Knowledge Management on Employee Performance in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Morowali District". Supervised by Risnawati. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation and knowledge management on employee performance in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Morowali District. The sample used in this study consisted of 34 civil servant employees. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 software. The regression equation obtained from this study is Y = 0.191 +0.376X1 + 0.358X2 + e. The results of this study indicate that motivation and knowledge management simultaneously influence employee performance in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Morowali District. Partially, both motivation and knowledge management variables have a partial influence on employee performance in the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Morowali District.
