Abstrak This study aims to find out and analyze the influence E-service quality, tariff and E-promotion to Customer Satisfaction of Gojek Online Transportation Services in Palu City. The type of research used is quantitative research that is descriptive causal. The population in this study is all customers who use Gojek services in Palu City. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, with a total sample of 60 respondents. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The scale used in this study is the Likert scale and the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that E-service quality, tariff and E-promotion simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of Gojek online transportation services in Palu City Keywords: E-service quality, Tariff, E-promotion, Customer Satisfaction. |
