Abstrak Cafe in recent years has become an integral part in the lives of the society. Most people prefer spending their time by going to cafe to entertain themselves. The existence of cafe in Kota Palu that offers various concept and service has provided multiple option for visitors to choose where to visit. Cafe startup, located in Jalan Pramuka, is one of the pioneers of modern cafe in Kota Palu, been operating since 2016, cafe startup has maintained the loyalty of its consumer through their services. The emergence of competitors with excellent yet similar services and offers does not seem as a thread for cafe startup, this can be seen by the number of visitors which is significantly increase and the cafe never seems to be out of visitors. This phenomenon urges the researcher to conduct the research with the aim to discover why does cafe startup Palu manage to maintain their existence in the circuit of cafe business amid all newcomer competitors. This research was conducted under the quantitative method using purposive sampling technique to absorb the data. Data tabulation is processed with SPSS using multi linear regression. The result of this research found out that Servicescape, Price, Location and EWOM are significantly influencing the Repurchase Intention at Cafe Startup Palu.
