| Abstrak Community service in this activity is a form of implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education, namely community service through simple bookkeeping training and management systems at village-owned enterprises or BUMDes in Kaliburu Village. BUMDes or Village-Owned Enterprises are business institutions managed by the community and village governments in an effort to strengthen the village economy, and are formed based on the needs and potential of the village. The business units in Kaliburu Village BUMDes include: 1) LPG gas cylinder sales units, 2) savings and loans units, 3) rice sales units, 4) car rental units, 5) chair and lamp rental units. Unfortunately, in carrying out their business activities, BUMDes managers do not understand and implement a good management system and have not done bookkeeping or financial recording correctly, so it is necessary to hold simple bookkeeping training and management systems to educate BUMDes managers with the theme towards competitive BUMDes. Community service activities through this training aim to: 1) provide training to managers or administrators of BUMDes and other village officials on simple opening and management systems, 2) provide motivation, in the form of knowledge and skills related to bookkeeping and management systems. The results achieved in this activity: 1) trainees understand the basics of bookkeeping, 2) participants know the basic basics of management, 3) trainees have new knowledge and skills in separating personal and business finances, 4) participants know how to manage a good and correct business, 5) trainees can know the development of their business through good and systematic bookkeeping. |
