Supervised by Dr. Darman SE, MM This study aims to be able to analyze the financial feasibility by looking at the Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) for the lime cracker business in the Malindo industry area in North Luwu. Sensitivity analysis is also used to see the sensitivity or durability of the business if there is a decrease in sales of lime crackers by 8% and 10%, respectively. The research was conducted in North Luwu from May to June 2021. The location determination was carried outpurposivelywith the consideration that this industry is one of the typical food processing in North Luwu by utilizing waste and available food. Determination of respondents was done intentionally (purposive sampling) with the consideration that not all members can be questioned in depth. The results showed that the lime cracker business was feasible to run and develop in North Luwu using an investment fund of IDR 40,886,000.00 with a project life of 4 years. PP value is 1 year 4 months, NPV Rp49,795359.30 and IRR 45%. Based on the sensitivity analysis with the assumption that the level of demand on consumers decreased which resulted in a decrease in sales of 8% and 11%. Sales decline of 8% with PP value of 1 year 7 months, NPV of Rp. 10,458,640.80 and IRR of 16?n still be said to be feasible to be cultivated and developed. Meanwhile, a 10?crease in sales with a PP value of 4 years and 9 days, an NPV of Rp (-25,115,965.20), and an IRR of (-44%) indicates that the business is no longer feasible and developed.
