| Abstrak ABSTRACT Darmawan Uthama Manitu, C 201 17 143. The Influence of Servant Leadership and Organizational Commitment on the Performance of the GKST Imanuel Palu Congregation Council, survived by Dr. Yoberth Kornelius, S.E., M.Si The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership and Organizational Commitment simultaneously on the performance of the GKST IMANUEL PALU congregational assembly. This type of research is associative research. The number of samples used was 100 people. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that servant leadership and organizational commitment have a significant effect on the performance of the GKST Imanuel Palu congregation. This shows that servant leadership and organizational commitment can improve performance. Love and care from the leadership will improve the performance of subordinates because subordinates will feel more appreciated by the leadership. Organizational commitment and performance have a close, mutually bound relationship, because the behavior of the congregation, such as organizational commitment, will have an influence on individuals to identify with, participate in the church and sacrifice for organizational goals. Servant leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the GKST Imanuel Palu congregation. This shows that servant leadership is able to improve performance. Servant leaders have a responsibility to serve. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of the GKST Imanuel Palu congregation. This shows that organizational commitment is able to improve performance. Pengaruh Servant Leadership Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Majelis Jemaat GKST Imanuel Palu, dibimbing oleh Dr. Yoberth Kornelius, S.E., M.Si Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Komitmen organisasi secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja majelis jemaat GKST IMANUEL PALU. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa servant leadership dan Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja majelis jemaat GKST Imanuel Palu. Hal ini menunjukkan servant leadership dan komitmen organisasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja. Kasih sayang dan kepedulian dari pimpinan akan meningkatkan kinerja para bawahan karena bawahan akan merasa lebih dihargai oleh pimpinan Komitmen organisasi dan kinerja memiliki hubungan erat yang saling terikat, karena perilaku majelis jemaat, seperti komitmen organisasional akan memberikan pengaruh terhadap individu untuk mengidentifikasikan, terjun dalam gereja dan berkorban untuk tujuan organisasi. Servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja majelis jemaat GKST Imanuel Palu. Hal ini menunjukkan servant leadership mampu meningkatkan kinerja. Servant leaders mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk melayani. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja majelis jemaat GKST Imanuel Palu. Hal ini menunjukkan komitmen organisasi mampu meningkatkan kinerja.
