Irwansi Dewi. C20117016. “Changes in Organizational Structure as an Effort to Improve Company Performance at PT. Tanah Mas Celebes Indah (Palu Branch)”. Supervised by Harnida Wahyuni Adda. Changes in the business environment require PT. Tanah Mas Celebes Indah (Palu Branch) to formulate a strategy for dealing with these challenges. According to key informants, one of the company's strategies was carried out by PT. TMCI is making changes to its organizational structure. This research aims to analyze the process of organizational structure change and company performance at PT. Tanah Mas Celebes Indah (Palu Branch). It used a qualitative research approach with 11 samples of informants. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data processing in this research used Nvivo 11 Plus which is a qualitative data processing tool. The results indicate that PT. TMCI is faced with a situation of intense competition for cocoa, causing the purchase price offered by business partners to increase. To deal with this situation PT. TMCI must reduce production costs. The way to reduce these costs is to remove several similar divisions to minimize unnecessary costs. The abolition of this division prepared several plans such as systems, motivation, and cooperation to support the success of the structural changes made by PT. TMCI. The positive impact of the changes that occur is the decreasing rate of work errors, punctuality in completing work, the number of sales is increasing and the company's income is increasing.
