ABSTRACT Dewiyanti Lanohong, Stambuk: C20116068, Research Title “Effect Of Shopping Orientation and Purchasing Experience on Consumer Interest in Buying Back Online in Palu City”. Supervised by Mrs. Zakiyah Zahara This study aims to determine the effect of shopping orientation and purchasing experience on consumer interest in buying back online in Palu City. The editor of Viva stated that the value of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia is estimated at 100 trillion in 2018, no wonder that in Indonesia there are many e-commerce and large marketplaces such as Shopee, Bukalapak, Lazada, Blibli, Tokopedia and others. Not only official shopping sites have sprung up, but there are also those that only use personal accounts from e-commerce players on social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, and others. Internet users in the Central Sulawesi region are 1,3% of which the capital is Palu City whit a population of 368,1 thousand people. Supported by airport infrastructure facilities, ports, and good road conditions to facilitate the distribution of goods.The method with a causal descriptive research type.Sampling using nonprobability sampling type purposive sampling technique with a total of 84 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linier regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that shopping orientation has a significant effect on consumer interest in buying back online in Palu City and purchasing experience has no significant effect on consumer in buying back online in Palu City.
