| Abstrak This study aimed to determine the effect of corporate governance, debt policy and profitability of the dividend policy. This type of research is survey methodcharacter verification, This research was conducted on mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The sample size was set at 20 companies, then the sample was taken by purposive sampling method. Data was collected by surveying the relevant company's financial statements. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method with the help of software analysis tools SPSS version 16. The data that has met the test of research instrument and classical assumption processed resulting in a regression equation is Y = 6036 + 7.542X1+ 1.653X2 + 4.711X3, The results showed that the variables of corporate governance, debt policy and profitability simultaneously positive and significant effect on dividend policy, while based on the statistical results of the partial test shows that corporate governance is partially positive and significant effect on dividend policy then the debt policy is partially positive and significant the dividend policy and profitability shows that partially positive and significant effect on dividend policy |
