| Abstrak Sri Dewinta, 2022 Analisys of Outbound Logistics Management in Palm Oil Products PT. Agro Nusa Abadi, North Morowali Regency. Supervised by Asngadi. This study aims to identify and analyze the management of outbound logistics at PT. Agro Nusa Abadi, North Morowali Regency. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in Molino Village, North Morowali Regency. Data was collected by going directly to the field and conducting interviews to the respondents. The result of the study shows that the management of outbound logistics in PT. Agro Nusa Abadi, North Morowali Regency in the process of managing outbound CPO and kernels is different way which starts from the factory to the port and to the shipping process. The difference is regarding the utilize of the facilities. Only a small number of processes that have similarities between cpo and kernel are carried out from the factory to the shipping process.
