| Abstrak ABSTRACT Nurhayati (C 201 15 367). "Analysis of Raw Soybean Stock Inventory in Pak Yon's Tempe Industry in Laantula Jaya Village, Wita Ponda District, Morowali Regency". (Supervised by: Saharuddin Kaseng). This study aims to determine the purchase of soybean raw materials in the tempe industry, Mr. Yon, to find out how many days a reorder of soybeans is made, to find out when a reorder point is made. The research used was quantitative descriptive research. Data were analyzed with descriptive analysis and EOQ analysis, TIC, safety stock and ROP. There are several results from this study. First, the type of soybean used is imported soybeans that are shipped from Makassar. The purchase volume of soybeans is 1,000 kg for 25 days or once an order in a month at a price of Rp.8,500 per kg. Second, soybean raw material inventory in the tempe industry Mr. Yon is not optimal with a difference of 5.712 kg with a difference in the total cost of raw material inventory of Rp.17.696.004. Third, in order not to run out of stock of raw materials in the storage warehouse, the safety inventory that must always be available in the storage warehouse is 80 kg and to reorder raw materials when the supply of raw materials in the storage warehouse is 120 kg.
