Abstrak
INFLUENCE OF LEADERSHIP STYLES AND WORK SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN MOROWALI REGIONAL PUBLIC HOSPITALS ZULKIFLI MOKO A GOW (C201 15 338), Supervised by: Dr. Lina Mahardiana SE, M.Sc, as the main supervisor. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Morowali Regional General Hospital. The data of this study were obtained from the method of presenting data from the responses of respondents' statements (questionnaires). The statistical analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0 for windows. In this study leadership style and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly affect employee performance at the Morowali District General Hospital. This can be seen from the results of multiple linear regression tests, concluded: (1) based on the regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.000 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the leadership style variables and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variables. (2) based on the results of the regression test of leadership style variables, the level of sig is obtained. t of 0.006 <0.05, which means that the leadership style variable partially has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) based on the results of the regression test the variable of job satisfaction obtained sig level. t of 0.033 <0.05, which means that job satisfaction variables partially have a significant effect on employee performance.
