Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to: (1) To determine and analyze the effect of additional employee income and work ability on employee performance at the Regional Finance Board of Tolitoli Regency; (2) To determine and analyze the effect of additional employee income on employee performance at the Regional Finance Board of Tolitoli Regency; and (3) To determine and analyze the effect of work ability on employee performance at the Regional Finance Board of Tolitoli Regency. This research is a descriptive causal research with a sample of 61 people using the sampling technique Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods consisting of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the results of the study showing that the additional variables of employee income and work ability simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at the Tolitoli District Financial Board, with the value of Fcount = 57.702 at the real level ? = 0.05 or Sig-F = 0.000 <? 0.05. The additional variable of employee income (TPP) has a significant effect on employee performance at the Tolitoli District Financial Agency with a t-count value of 4.270 or Sig-t (X1) of 0.000 <? 0.05; and the work ability variable has a significant effect on employee performance at the Tolitoli District Financial Agency with a t-count value of 4.568 or Sig-t (X2) of 0.000 <? 0.05.
