Diranti, No. Whip: C20115211. Title: The Effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on BananaBim Customer Loyalty in the City of Palu. Supervised by Mrs. Dr. Ira Nuriya Santi, SE.MM. This study aims to determine the effect of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on BananaBim Customer Loyalty in Palu City. In this study a sample of 80 respondents was taken. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The method of data analysis is done by using multiple linear regression methods. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Customer Relationship Management (CRM) variables significantly influence BananaBim Customer Loyalty in Palu City, while partially Customer Relationship Management (CRM) variables significantly influence BananaBim Customer Loyalty in Palu City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BananaBim Di Kota Palu. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel Customer Relatonship Management (CRM) berpengaruh signifikan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BananaBim Di Kota Palu, sedangkan secara parsial variabel Customer Relatonship Management (CRM) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan BananaBim Di Kota Palu.
