Abstrak The research aims to determine the role of Working Culture and Work Ethic on Officers’ Perfomance at the Kasimbar Public Health Center. This type of research is casual research. The independent variable is the working culture (X1) and work ethic (X2), while the dependent variable is the officers’ performance (Y). The collection methods used observations,interview, and distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this research amounted to 45 people. Because the population is relatively small, the researchers took all officers’ to be respondents or by the census method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, and t test. Working culture variables and work ethic simultaneously having a significant affect on officers’ perfomance at the Kasimbar Public Health Center, Working culture variables having a significant affect on officers’perfomance at the Kasimbar Public Health Center, and Work ethic variables having a significant affect on officers’perfomance at the Kasimbar Public Health Center. |
