| Abstrak ABSTRAK Rifaldin, Stambuk: C20114342, Judul Penelitian “ Inbound dan Operations Conversion Logistik Kelapa Sawit PT. Agro Nusa Abadi Di Kabupaten Morowali Utara”, dibimbing oleh Dr. Husen Hi. Moh. Saleh, SE., M.Si dan Suryadi Hadi, SE.,M.Sc Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas inbound dan operations conversion logistik pada PT. Agro Nusa Abadi Kabupaten Morowali Utara. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu secara informan dimana sampel yang diambil asisten perebunan, mandor perkebunan dan kepala produksi, metode yang dignakan dalam penelitian metode kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini mengfokuskan pada aktivitas inbound, antara lain : proses panen, kriteria panen, kebutuhan tenaga kerja, penankutan. Selain itu penelitian ini juga mengfokuskan pada bagian operations conversion, yaitu : penimbangan, penyortiran, penyimpanan sementara, perebusan, proses penebahan, stasiun pres, pemurnian CPO, penyimpanan CPO, stasiun kernel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada aktivitas inbound logistik permasalahan pada proses panen dan pengangkutan sangat berpengaruh pada inbound logistik, ketika proses panen buah kelapa sawit tida sesuai kriteria perusahan berpengaruh pada hasil produksi CPO, sehingga pada proses panen buah kelapa sawit yang utama perlu diperhatikan adalah tingkat kematangan buah brondolan 10. Sedangakan pada proses pengakutan, buah tidak bisa bermalam di TPH akan mengakibatkan asam lemak bebas (ASB) pada buah tinggi hal ini juga sangat berpengaruh pada hasil produksi CPO, sehinnga perusahaan memperlakukan buah habis panen lansung proses angkut. Sedangkan pada aktivitas operations conversion menunjukan bahwa permasalahan pada penyimpanan bahan baku dan proses produksi, ketika produksi bahan baku tidak sesui standar perusahan akan memakan biaya bahan bakar banyak, sedangkan proses produksi setiap enam bulan dilakuan pemeriksaan mesin dan alat-alat produksi lainnya ketika ada kerusakan bisa diperbaiki atau digantikan yang baru sehingga pada proses produksi tidak terhambat. This study focuses on inbound activities, including: harvesting process, harvest criteria, labor requirements, and transportation. In addition, this research also focuses on the operations conversion section, namely: weighing, sorting, temporary storage, boiling, threshing process, pressing station, CPO purification, CPO storage, kernel station. The results of this study indicate that in inbound logistics activities, problems in the harvest and transportation process greatly affect inbound logistics, when the oil palm fruit harvest process does not match the company's criteria, it affects CPO production results, so that in the oil palm fruit harvesting process the main thing to note is the level of production. fruit ripeness 10. While in the transportation process, the fruit cannot stay overnight in the TPH will result in high free fatty acid (ASB) in the fruit, this also greatly affects the CPO production, so that the company treats the fruit after harvesting it directly in the transportation process.
