| Abstrak Good Corporate Governance is the system that regulates and controls the company to create additional value for the company. This research aims to analyze and test the influences between variables that have been researched. The effect that are tested is the effect Good Corporate Governance (GCG) of company value. The GCG variables are institutional ownership, managerial ownership and independent board of commissioners. The company value proxied with Tobin’s Q. the purposive sampling technique was used to collect the sample of this research these are 10 manufacturing industry companies. This research used panel data regression with fixed effect model. The result of partial hypothesis shows that institutional ownership has no effect on company value, the managerial ownership has no effect on company value, but the independent board of commissioners has effect on campany value. Simultaneously, institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and independent board of commissioners have effects on company value.
