| Abstrak Strategy of Bonati Village-Owned Enterprise Dvelopment In Wani Tiga Village, Tanantovea Subdistrict, Donggala District Fitri Handayani1), Haerul Anam2), Ahmad Syatir3) Economics and Development Studies Department Economics and Business FacultyTadulako University This study aims to find a strategy for the development of BUMDes Bonati in Wani Tiga Village, Tanantovea District, Donggala Regency. This research process begins by identifying and analyzing the strategic values, internal and external environment as well as supporting and inhibiting factors. The next process requires the right strategy, namely using the SWOT analysis technique. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques used are field observations, interviews and documentation. The strategy for developing BUMDes Bonati in Wani Tiga Village, Tanantovea Sub-district, Donggala Regency, which was obtained from the results of the IFAS and EFAS SWOT matrix analysis, the score for the internal strategy factor was 3.17 and for the external strategy a score of 2.57 was obtained. Based on the scores obtained for each of these factors, it is known that the internal and external matrices are located in quadrant 1 (one), namely supporting aggressive policies (Growth Orientd Strategy). based on the results of a SWOT analysis compiled using a SWOT matrix, namely the BUMDes development strategy that can be applied by Bonati BUMDes, from an agricultural perspective, where the potential for superior products in rural areas include agriculture and hot spring tourism, as well as trade, joint ventures, and businesses in the service sector.
